Holiday checkpoints have become a big thing for cracking down on drunk drivers in Broome County, New York. We asked the Endicott Police Department how things fared this past New Year's and here's what they had to say,
"We did conduct several vehicle stops on the evening and early morning of New Year's Eve, but did not locate anyone operating under the influence."
