Here’s the latest news on the White House fence jumper. The suspect could get 10 years in prison for getting within a matter of a few feet from inside the White House. It has been confirmed the suspect was carrying a letter and mace. While it’s not illegal to carry mace the amount restriction varies. No details have been released on the content of the letter or the amount of mace he was carrying. At best he lied saying he was a friend and had an appointment, which brings to question why he bothered to jump the fence in the first place, making it a trespassing charge. We’ll keep you posted as updates come in.
