Jake Erle, "Thanks Wendy. These are important details; The Study is the name of our youth outreach program we're holding over at St. Andrew's. Anybody who wants help with a school subject(s) can come check us out. Right now we're focusing on the core subjects: Math, Science, English and History. At this point it's usually one-on-one between tutors and students (everyone volunteering is certified to work with kids) but we're always looking for more people to be involved. As we get more volunteers to help out with schoolwork we can offer assistance with other subjects and branch out to do other things with the students as well. We also offer snacks and recreational activities, too: table sports, playing cards, reading books, coloring books, music CDs. We want give these kids a chance to actively engage in their homework, as well be able to kick back and relax at the end of the day."
