Winter Parking in the Village
A number of people have complained across social media about street parking during this last winter storm, Harper. Many say their own driveways are blocked in by not only snow but vehicles. There are also problems with plows being unable to do their jobs during the storms, and for whatever reasons roadways and streets still covered days later. Here we found an area parking lot going almost completely unused within the Village of Endicott. Why aren't places like these being utilized?
