New Jersey judge orders couple to turn over funds they raised for a homeless man. The homeless man, Johnny Bobbitt, used his last $20 to help a stranded motorist, in return the couple raised more than $400,000 on GoFundMe for the homeless man. Bobbitt claims the couple has mismanaged the funds. The couple in question said they didn't want to give him large amounts of money because they thought Bobbitt would use the money to buy drugs. However, the judge didn't buy their argument and ordered the money turned over.

The money in question, now must go into an escrow account by the end of business Friday for a forensic accountant to review the financial records within 10 days. At which time, the money will be transferred and controlled by Bobbitt's lawyer. The judge has yet to determine how the remaining money $150,000 will be managed. The couple in question, McClure and D'Amico have denied any wrongdoing. Saying, "Bobbitt spent $25,000 in less than two weeks paying overdue bills, sending money to his family, and possibly drugs. The couple bought Bobbitt a camper and put in on their property, but the relationship went bad. He was kicked off the property, once again homeless.
