Possible flooding this Tuesday morning

Many across Broome County are waking to quite a mess out there. Warmer temps mean melting snow. Icy sidewalks, that never got cleared after the storm that left snow totals between 5- 8 inches, now flooding. Add rain, coming down hard at times, means area flooding.

While roadways were clear for drivers, dense fog this morning caused low-visibility issues and student walkers had to deal with icy sidewalks and flooding. Temps could reach 50 F today, bottoming out in the 20's tonight.
