New York turned into a winter wonderland in same areas
Some areas of New York didn't see a lot of snow this past winter 2015-2016, that is until now. This morning folks in Broome County, New York were waking to snow once again. While the roadways remained wet places like Endicott, got a blanket of white.
This past winter was bitterly cold with freezing temperature dripping down to -20 F at times. It wasn't snow keeping folks in but frostbite alerts.
